For men,with testosterone, training- especially weightlifting- temporarily increases testosterone levels in your blood and testosterone makes you more horny. It can be helpful to take a cold shower after you work out. Also avoid interacting with digital devices after a work out. The testosterone spike is temporary. It will pass if you wait it out.
Also recognize that exercise does produce dopamine in the brain, which can lead to seeking out other dopamine producing behaviors. If you are on your phone, listening to music, drinking preworkout or taking in caffeine, or doing other things that "dopamine stack" you may be inadvertantly conditioning your brain while you exercise to crave the dopamine porn produces. If you are stacking, be aware and try not to do it, except on rare occasions. I work out 6 days a week and only listen to music or drink morning coffee once or twice a week. That's it.
