Desensitized from porn/masturbation

Starting masturbating heavily to porn since I could ejaculate from around 12-13 years old, this has caused me to become desensitized to my brain stimuli and has created problems for me in my sex life.. I have had sex with 3 woman but It could have been 10+ right now If I didn't have problems getting or keeping an erection sometimes..

This problem goes away after the first time I successfully have sex with a woman so I know its not the plumbing but my brain.

Staying away from porn and masturbation for a goal of 90 days and hoping that fixes my problem
