Think about what you’re gaining from PMO, absolutely nothing, yes it is relaxing but so is reading, hunting, watching your favorite tv show. What I’m saying is try to find an activity you can replace pmo with. Stop before you have PEED, it’s horrible and pmo will only do that to you and hurt your sex life in the future.
