    Does anyone else get this ? I don't event recognise the person I was 12 months ago like I literally feel like a different person in the same body ..

    I think this is a combination of cutting down smoking weed+ nofap , at the end of the day I like the new me it's just hella crazy to think about how much i have changed .

    I feel the same way. I quit weed last month and I'm on day 3 of nofap and I can already feel a different kind of energy in my body. My procrastination has gone down and am no longer depressed.
