Thx for the reply. I often try to limit the amount of pointless content I watch using my strong self-discipline. But yeah, it's always good to at least have some interests tho which can be great for conversation starters.
You are right that most of the companies communicate through these channels and getting rid of these apps is a tough decision. But If you want to nofap then yes it will be a tough decision but a productive one. Like I was getting many messages from my girlfriends on messenger, but without deleting the account I have deactivated my messenger and yes that helped me alot. You guys can do the same thing if you want to, just follow the steps as I did.
