deeper sleep

i am having a deeper sleep since the last few days. won't lie, i haven't been getting up as early i.e i plan to get up at 5 and i get up at 6 eventually. well what i have observed is that i get a more peaceful sleep when i do not masturbate. dreams are not as memorable but at the same time i don't get nightmares.
masturbation as i see it has caused a lot of nightmares. not instantly, not in a day but over a period when i had been indulging in the act i.e when i masturbate for a given prolonged period.

for instance if i masturbate twice a day for like 3 days. it is quite too much to read for someone retaining seed but trust me-an addict would go the path and then more, i say this as i have been there.
it seems a very petty thing when we think about it, but a deep sleep symbolizes a healing mind, it signifies a subconscious working on developing newer nural networks and therefore creating a better thought process and tbh an altogether new person.

i have been using reddit like anything recently and i plan to cut back, same for video streaming services. sr will of great use to help me keep focus on work.
