    Have been on nofap for a month now ..Had to make out with my gal yesterday. Wasnt getting O for the past year.I found this page a month ago and decided to join the challenge . How long will it take me till I O with my girl..My dick use to go down but now it can stay hard since I started nofap.The sensitivity is good as compared to previous months
