DE - Sabotaging my reboot?

Hi guys, I've been following the forum for a while and have hit a bit of a wall in my current streak of 46 days. Basically I've had success before with this, relapsed and now my current streak has seemingly been complicated by the fact I've been hooking up regularly with an amazing girl from the 5th day of my current reboot. I've definitely rewired my mind so that she's my complete focus during the deed(never had issues with hard ons, just DE), but for whatever reason I just can't cum with her, or really feel close to even though I'm completely into it. Sometimes it feels like I'm having an O from an HJ but nothing comes out, which is a new and pretty confusing experience for me. What's really worrying is the fact I haven't even had a wet dream yet - it feels like my balls have run dry or something! Has anyone had the same or a similar experience and can lend some advice? In your experience will I eventually cup with this girl or do I need to do a few weeks of hard mode?
