Major improvement compared to yesterday, I didnt feel depressed but neutral, I did not feel joy or sadness, and I wasnt motivated to do anything, but I got some major urges, I almost relapsed and got blue balls from it :/. So meditation is a really good way to stop beeing horny, I must meditate more and like I said many times now work more, only 2 days until I go back to school. I can feel myself progressing already in this nofap journey!
