Hi. I am M25. I have started watching porn when I was 14 years old and I started masturbating from then. I initially used to watch porn on a monthly basis and then gradually the frequency got increased without me noticing it. The frequency increased in such a way that I watch it more than once every week. This got bolstered due to the lockdown imposed self isolation. I was constantly trying to quit this habit since the new year. This was my resolution for the new year. But I could not continue the streak for more than one week. The longest streak I had was of 12 days. After one week of a porn session, my mind thinks that it’s normal to watch porn and masturbate and I get pulled into doing it. Only to get up in the morning feeling dejected. This is one such morning. Enough is Enough. This addiction is encroaching my valuable time and make me feel inferior and lose confidence. I could not share this addiction even to my closest friends and to anyone I ever came across in my life. Today I stumbled upon this wonderful forum of NoFap community who share similar motives like myself to overcome the porn addiction and masturbation. I kindly request the experts in the community to guide me to break from the shackles of pornography and start a new life. I am looking forward to join with sincere accountability partners to travel the journey together. Today is my first day of Reboot.
