    Hello, Yesterday I posted a thread asking for help with my addiction, today I felt the urge to masterbate but sucesfully resisted, but tonight is were it gets me, when I lay alone with ym thoughts I can raley seem to fight the urge. This is were I ask help. Please wish me luck.

    wishing you luck! I just cycled into day 2 and I’m trying to get to sleep. I took a sled aid (hydroxyzine antihistamine) prescribed by my doc. I’m gonna get out of my apartment and be more active tomorrow or else the computers and porn will be tempting…
