Day ten - amazing support!

    I've just woken to day ten without MO. I've quit the porn as well. Yesterday I felt as though I was going to explode. I slept well last night despite the arousal. This mornings erection was standing almost vertical which felt good and energising.

    The support from other followers has been great! One friend prevented me from masturbating last night via a smartphone email chat which got me through.
