Day 70 with girlfriend!!!!

    I am freaking out!!!! It's day 70 of my nofap and I haven't had morning wood like once, just a bunch of wet dreams. I have been trying to reboot with a girlfriend so I wonder if a few orgasms from oral and sex along the way have set me back.... I haven't felt anything with my libido except the testosterone surge after like the first week. I feel like I've been in a flatline this whole time since week 1. I don't know what to do anymore and I am losing motivation :(

    Give us some context. Why did you start nofap and what have you been doing (or not doing) for the 70 days?

    I started nofap to fix my pied. I haven’t watched porn once in the last 70 days but I fapped to a picture one time.

    What about M and F? If you are regularly M'ing then you are not really recovering.

    Some people feel O with a partner will also slow the healing process down. This is especially true if there is any fantasy involved. If you are not having a true intimate connection with your partner as the person they are but rather getting off with them (like a sex toy) using fantasy or the like for extra kicks then this is just a porn substitute.

    If your using P/subs then your recovery will be slowed/stalled. If not then you may you just need more time. What is the alternative? Give in and go back to square one? You have to keep moving forward.

    Try to have a romantic day with her. Back when my ex wasn't my ex, nothing made it go up as she smiling at me and saying "I love you" after a "butterflies in the stomach" day.
