    hello again...back to day 7 for the third time.....I gotta admit it i feel good in control i feel confident ....and it has only been a week , like I said it feels great to be in control, I am not fighting the urges because honestly I don't have them,so here I go again,, seven days, mission accomplished ,next goal 10 days ,,you know what? if I feel this good right now and I only got 7 sevens of no PMO I wonder what it would feel like after 40 days ..
    it would be AWESOOOOOOME
