Day 6 of Reboot.

Today I found myself scrolling on Instagram, do yourselves a favor and stay away from Instagram, Facebook and Twitter. It almost triggered a relapse for me. . I made it to a site and instantly stopped myself. I don’t see this as a relapse, it’s more of an eye opener. The brain will do whatever it takes to make itself feel good. YOU won’t feel good. Everyday I will be posting my journey and I will be very honest upon doing so. Society now makes it extremely hard to kick this stupid habit....but it’s very possible.
From this day forward, I invite you all to start reading an actual book. Go to a park and just read.
