Day 5 - can you have O with wife/gf?

    i am on my 5 day of No PMO and i am feeling great. i have been a long time addict and want to give up the P and M forever. I have never lasted for 5 days before so I am quite proud of myself for achieving this small milestone. I know you guys have been in for much longer. My wife is coming today back from her trip, would it be ok to have the O with her...or does it count as a relapse? I never intended to be completely PMO free, only free from P and M but now i am asking myself if there is still a benefit if no P and no M but you do the O with wife?

    Well, as you have selected PM as your goal, O isn't in your relapse. That being said, the general understanding is that any O will still cause dopamine surges, which will affect the amount of time it will take to get over your addiction.

    Real life happens though. If your wife either a) doesn't know about the PM, or b) you were hiding it, but she knows and just never confronted you, I can understand your not wanting to tell her. She will likely become concerned as you go through withdrawal symptoms, but depending on your relationship, you may simply not be able to go without sex for 3 months.
