    This is my longest streak on nofap so far. However, today I lowkey fucked up and binged porn for 2 hours. How can I restore my focus and remove this damn mind fog?

    It's a step back for sure. But its important to know that it's a very da6game your playing your brain is going to start to want more and the "chaser effect" might start. The brain fog should go away in a few days but I would watch your behavior the next few days stay strong my friend it's never cool to binge.
