    Feeling overwhelmed at the moment around life
    Met a lady who is lovely and there is no way I would have had the courage to meet her without NoFap

    Trying to take it slowly so I can build on my 30 days . It seems kind of selfish but unless I put myself first everything else is a pack of cards

    Had my two daughters all weekend so I feel quite exhausted so need to just look after myself today

    But I would not have been able to do this unless I stay off the PMO
