    Hey there,

    I have been trying to overcome this BS over yer and half, unfortunate normal porn wasnt for me, so I have started to watch even worse things. I wont mention anything, so I wont give you any tips for thoose who still cant control themself.

    I have reached day 32, and I am still going, had wet dream 4 days ago, my underwear was completely soaked and I felt like relapsed. Anyway even when doing PMO I havent been in so low. Flat line is around since day 18. I for god sake pray to make it end in day 45 or around.

    Before I had wet dream, I felt mixture of strange calmness and clarity and also complete fatigue.

    How did I make it to day 30

    I just decided that shame has to end whatever it takes.
    Do not drink coffee at any cost, it is fuckin accelerator. I wont give you energy, only makes you to burn energy faster. Trash energy drinks it is even more disgusting!
    Any coffein in your body (including cola) can broke down serotonin levels, specialy in flat line.

    First of all, visiting nofap every day is the most important thing you can do for yourself.
    Secondly, install days counter and final countdown to your personal phone, or device.
    Website conqueredself.com helped me alot in my first 20 days, then intension to open websites ends untill you decide by yourself to do it. Stay away from it at all cost.

    Take glucose!! You can find it in any fruit as natural sugars. Do not eat processed sugar, it is shit as well.
    I have started to take every day - D3, B complex (1,2,3,5,6,7), B12, zinc (warning, it makes you very horny as it replenishes semen and testosteron), magnesium lactacid

    L - Tryptofan - Aminoacid, replenishes serotonin levels ( two weeks without caffeine can improve mood drasticaly ( worked for me))
    L - Tyrosin - helps replenish dopamine levels

    I feel like I have neurosis, where I am unable to control my own body and making decisions.

    Whatever, if there is any kind soul that can share his / her experience in these days, it will be much aprechiated.

  2. Okay some tips I can give you is dont go on social media because it could have triggers. Dont listen to too much music and try taking walks. It helps with the depressions/flatlines. Good luck bro. Peace
