Yesterday I wakeup at 5am...participate in my work related call then at 7:30am I did meditation and write journal and did breakfast 8am to 10am -> I deeply work 10am to 11:30am->I slept(set a alarm to sleep 30min but slept 1:30hrs) 11:30am to 5pm-> I continue my working in between after lunch i read some blog of nofap website 6:30pm to 7:15pm -> I go to ground and did exercise 8:30pm to 10:00pm -> I attend one marriage party 10:00pm to 11:30pm -> I start talking to one of my friend on discord Mistake:- Before going to sleep I start using mobile but I will try from next time not to use mobile
