Im on day 22 of NoFap, i had ED my emotions are all over the place right now 90% of the time im in flatline, i get some rare partial erections (5-10%) once in 2-3 days. My morning wood is consistent though with strong (80-90%) erections. Am i healing , is it all a process which everyone goes through or its just happening to me?.
Yes, this happens to everyone and not just you. See, when we were made and created (by whatever you believe in, I'm not here to start an argument) our private parts are just used for mating and we're not supposed to abuse masturbation; as the feeling is only used for when we have sexual intercourse and impregnet the woman we love. I guess what I'm saying is your penis is to be only be used to have sex and when you over masturbate, you overload your brain and release too much dopamine, so when you're withdrawling, emotions are everywhere and ultimately you're rewiring your brain to its defaults or also known as the 'normal point' (90 days). Yeah I definitely think it's a part of the rewiring process, this is just my opinion but erections can occur and come frequently, it's just your brain trying to figure out why you haven't given it its daily dopamine intake. Just try to ignore it because it can be really attempting
It sounds normal. Morning wood is a good sign. The flatline can last for a long time so it might feel like you are not making progress. I am at day 45 today. I have been in a flatline for ages.
