Day 20 update

    hey all. Currently on day 20 of Nofap trying to cure my pied and de due to death grip.

    On day 11 I was able to have sex and maintain an erection. Unfortunately last night I lost it, I thought I was making progress but seems I have gone back a step.

    Is this normal? I know 20 days is still very early in the progress
