Day 2 Success

Day 2 was a success for me. I really didn't think of PMO. I've got a time journal where I check off the hours that I didn't give into porn. It helps the time go fast, plus it does keep me engaged. I went 11 days of no porn and masturbating but then I stopped. I'm back having a time journal for overcoming porn addiction. So I feel good.
Then starting on December 11th, I start counseling with gold jacket Luke from YouTube for overcoming porn. So I'm excited for this.

I do like the posts that I see on Reddit nf and nfdotcom. It gives me perspective and strength to engage myself to think different about the issue or porn.
