Day 16 and 17 pain ?

Hi all . I am approaching day 17 NoFap and have been experiencing pain just below my tummy .....pelvic pain i guess ...or is it bladder....i dont know. I strongly suspect that it has something to do with my not releasing . I was told that my body would re-absorb the semen that has not been expelled. Does anyone know ....can this re-absorbtion by the body sometimes be painful and if so, does the pain eventually subside ?
