Today it was kinda clear but i got aroused all of sudden when i saw girls wearing skirts and tight jeans. I resisted alot and focused on mobile to distract my thought. Day 11.. Day 12.. Day 13 all are abit hard days i feel that but we have to cope them. I have succesfully neglected that fact of getting aroused by seeing their ass. I am now being busy at doing lots of exercises to create distraction but thoughts about hot girls comes in mind and is very difficult for me to get away from that.
