The fact that I have been able to make it this far gives me a lot more confidence. I am excited and grateful that I have the support from this community and look forward to finally breaking my PR within the next few days. I am concerned about what is to come and I am hoping I could get some input. After days 13-15 what should I expect? What should I set as my next goal? A month? Or go week by week? How long before I will begin to feel more social confidence and motivation? Is 90 days enough? I am planning on stopping PM permanently and I would like to feel some change by that time. How can I deal with facing sleep and not touching myself in my bed? Thanks, John
Go week by week, day by day. Focus on other stuff. 30 days is the line when withdrawals begin to fade. Tell yourself not to touch yourself and tell why. You will be surprised how much your own feelings can do for you, when you appeal to them.
