Today is day 128 (my bio isn't correct) - the longest I've ever gone without PMO.

I'm a web developer and I work from home, so I was constantly having to use willpower to not relapse. I did finally come up with a good system for blocking porn on all my technology (I posted before about how I did this) and this gave me a lot of mental relief.

However, I also found that normal technology use was causing me to think about porn without seeing any sexual triggers. Books like Your Brain on Porn show how porn is triggered by anxiety. If you grew up with porn it's hardwired with non-sexual cues too.

Technology is designed to elevate your anxiety so that you keep using it. One of the best things I did during my first 60 days was completely modify all technology to cut out the most common non-sexual triggers.

I made a video about my top recommendations, but the general point is that you should modify your devices to become less "informed".

    Keep it up, kings.
