Day 12 (The way to break 140 past record and Freedom).

What is in my mind ?
Finally i hit the 12 days that i was really afraid of because of it's toughness , now i am looking for 20 days as a short goal , i got lots of morning woods and fantasizing so much and wishing to have wet dream to help me release this congestion of thoughts , it's not yet and i have to stay stronger than that and never let my guards and never forget my strategies in this war , and i have to learn from my own mistakes and relapses , i am doing Hardmode no pmo and that's helping me than masturbating with no reason and with no porn because it's makes me feel so empty inside and in the other hand triggering me to seek for porn again because of this boring masturbating , that's why i am doing a hardmode .

Why i am doing this :
1-First of all is to live in god's grace and improve my relationship with him.
2-To restore self-esteem and stop abasing and undervaluing my self.
3-To build real confidence.
4-To have a healthy brain.
5-To prepare myself for marriage.
6-To be more social , especially with ladies.
7-To increase self awareness and self control.

My weapons are :
1- God's word.
2- Your support,help and feedback.
3- My own strategies and way of planning.
4- Future Fear.

My Goals are :
1) 12 days of no pmo . Done
2) Short Goal is 20 days of no pmo .
3) 30 days of no pmo .
4) 50 days of no pmo .
