Day 10 - Feedback

    Background:
    So I've joined NoFap about 10 days ago. Signed up for the 30 day challenge and 90 day challenge. I'm planning to quit PMO as a permanent basis, maintaining my vow of celibacy until marriage.

    Process of Recovery:
    During my experiment of no PMO, I also decided to quit playing games. In replacement of these two habits/addictions I've started playing more guitar, sleeping before 23:00, waking at 05:00 on weekdays, updating a daily journal and taking regular cold showers.

    Result after 10 days no PMO and no gaming + habit changes:
    Increased mental alertness.
    Faster muscle recovery rate from working out.
    No groggy mornings.
    Better productivity at the workplace.
    A spark for a more intentional life.

    How come I never relapsed?
    I honestly couldn't find a reason to M or to watch P. Sure I've had some flirtatious chats with my girlfriend and two nights I had to fall asleep with my hands under my back, but in the end I didn't act out and I feel awesome.
