Hello everyone, my names Mark and I am going to post everyday a new thread about how I'm getting on, I am putting my feelings out there as I am struggling to stop on my own. Porn has cost me a lot of money in the past as it has lead onto other things such as paying for sex, it's stopped me from going out and enjoying my life with friends, it was like a comfort blanket when I had a bad/ stressful day but the irony is it made it worse, I want my life back as I'm sure all of you do too so wether or not you follow me on my progress and we can help each other every day I wish you all the best of luck... Thanks d.j, it's amazing to think back how long it's been going on and not realising the long term affect it can have on you... it's way to easy to get hold of porn what with you being able to access it on mobile phones so there not a second in the day where you you think "oh I'll just have a cheeky little look on this site" it's time to get a hobby something to distract me, I think that will help.
