First i wake up at 8 am in morning. I sleep 6 hours. Then i gone was trying to block all poen sites and I am successful in that. But while doing that i have seen some photos which i think have done mistake then after urge came so, to neglect that i gone outside my room for breakfast. Then i was able to overcome that. Then in afternoon i have seen one anty living besides my house she have wore very tight clothes due to that once again urge came so i have talk with little brother so after some time it gone. So like this i have overcome today. It was really so difficult but eventually i will do i know.
