So I finally finished day 1 of my PMO free week. I know the next few days should be easy as I have some arrangements to spend two days with my girlfriend, when I'm with her I never think of any kind of dirty thoughts and I never want to masturbate. The days after these will be the hardest as that will be when the urge is the highest, I also might struggle tomorrow night as I won't be spending it with my girlfriend.
