Day 1 And Already Feeling Confident

    Since I was 9 I have been battling this addiction.
    I am 21 now and today I will be doing something about it.
    I will not masturbate Nor View P.
    I have a goal to reach 90 days.
    Im Confident in reaching this goal of mine and to go beyond those 90 days.
    Excited to see what lies ahead of me.
    Excited to conquer the Natural Man.
    I will see about writing my Success Story on this same thread.
    Thanks for the encouragement and support!

    i was like 1 week into no pmo but last night was a regretful night. dont do it, its not worthed so today is day 1 again. good luck to you!

    Day 2 and have felt the Urge so strong.
    On the brightside - I had the confidence to ask out 3 girls out on a date. No joke. Already day 2 and I'm seeing results. It's fantastic.
    I love NoFap. I have to love Notfapping to motivate myself. I'm so happy to be doing this. I will come back tonight and Maybe even start a Journal of the Success that i have seen thus far.. It only being day 2!
