Day 1 after having failed in a week

    This just feels like I am never going to change. Hate myself for failing on my promise over and over. Breaking it every time just makes me think in a very bad way and I hate that. Any advice? Does all your bad thoughts go doing this transformation? Experts would love your opinion on this
