Day 04 Of No P*RN & No Mast*rbation

Today was my Day 04 of leaving this destructive habit of porn & masturbation. From the starting of my day to the end of my day I focused mainly on my health, studies and hobby which is digital art making. After crossing 3 days the amount of urges to relapse was very low for me. I completed 70% of my to do list which I made yesterday night for today. Now I have become more Mentally, socially and physically active as compared to my previous days in which I was under this addiction. This whole nofap community has helped me a lot to overcome my strong urges.
