Today is my day 2 of leaving this poisonous habit of porn & masturbation. I made a to- do list at yesterday night. And today I gave my time & energy to complete those tasks planned yesterday. I could not complete some of them but after completing the important ones now i am getting practical benefits of leaving porn & masturbation.
