Day 0 Started with Confession

Today is day zero for me. I PMO'd earlier today and then I smoked some cigarettes which I'm also trying to abstain from as well, starting today. Today there is Confession (Im Catholic) at 6 which, due to my Catholic beliefs, basically ensures my soul is pure enough to take communion and puts me back in good standing with God. The trick now its not to screw up and PMO because then Im not pure and I have to go to Confession again. Ive been PMOing for along time and I've been trying to quit for a long time as well. It used to be Id go to Confession once every two weeks just because of porn and masturbation. Ive cut back not since then but occasionally I slip.
