I will not PMO today cuz I realized I really don't have to. It's gratifying to defeat the urge to PMO and stay focused. I am in a journey to be the better version of myself and it I PMO I'd be back to square one.

I have much more compassion to myself than in the past. And I love it. I don't find a reason to watch porn. I remember myself in the past, when I did not gratify myself on the strengths I have, because I always remind myself how I am a low person because I am watching porn. I don't want to feel like a low person. I feel I am much more than a low person. My self esteem is on the sky right now. Like it is should be. I should not subdue to the porn and let my higher self feeling to goes away with the semen in the porn.

 

Today no pmo.. because i gotta take it one day at a time.. struggling lately but if i would go back to pmo it would only make things way worse.
