    TODAY I WILL NOT USE PORN BECAUSE: I am trying to learn about and how to practice self-control and also to lead a better and more spiritual life. A pastor once said in a sermon "We cannot let our bodies determine our actions." And I agree wholeheartedly with that statement. So self control is why I will not use porn today.

    Today I will not watch porn out of respect to the family institution. Porn has ruined many families, from the viewers' to the actors' themselves. Porn is something that causes shame.

    Today I will not use porn because I'm someone trying to break an addiction, and using the vary thing that took me down the path of an addict would a foolish action on my part, and it only has short term fulfillment. Abstaining has benefits for you in the long run.
