Cycling between being able and unable to contain it

    I've been on nofap fot about a year, and my biggest streak yet was a month and a half (though I pulled it off 3 or 4 times). Every time I relapse after a streak like that, I go through a month or two-long phase where I masturbate once every 4 or 5 days, and after that I go on another streak. It's like a cycle.

    Does this happen to anyone else? It feels very strange.

    It happens to me! Every time i relapsed after a long streak, i do pm every 2 or 3 days! I think this is related with chaser effect!
