Hey guys, 33 year old Irish guy here, interested in giving this a go. I came across internet p back when I was 14 or so, and have gone through periods of being on and off ever since. Don't like the lack of control associated with it, and would like to take back that control. I have some addictive tendencies, and was diagnosed with adult ADHD back when I was about 28, so that has opened my eyes to the obsessiveness I can get tied up in. I think abstinence is the best approach, as trying to reduce or cut down doesn't really seem to work, it's too easy to have that voice in your head tell you "What the heck". So hopefully this is the start of a great journey, will keep you guys posted!
