Well I still have a little bit to go. Butt I finally have my erections back. This was the whole reason I started NoFap it was the first sign I had a problem. I had weak erections at about 70%. I can get them nearly 100% now. The only issue I am still dealing with is I have to use physical touch to get that last 10% of my erections but they seem to stay once I get them up.

It wasn't too long ago only a few weeks I thought it would never happen. I was starting to think I had a venous leak because my glands were soft.

I am almost 6 months into NoFap and this is my first sign of progress. the first 3 months I did have sex with my wife 4 - 5x after that it was hard mode the rest of the way.

I am late thirties and wasn't introduced to high-speed porn until my mid-twenties. I used to masturbate once a day and it still took me 6 months if it only takes you 90 days consider yourself lucky everyone is different.

All I can say is keep going if you relapse don't get too down on yourself just stop it at 1 relapse and get back on where you left off.

I am going to try another 30 days and hopefully that will cure the last little bit of erection quality.

How do you feel psychologically, though?
Has there been a difference in overall confidence or anything like that?

Psychologicaly I've been fine for a while had my highs of superpowers as they call it. Mostly first month of my journey. Other then being a little discouraged on taking so long to recover I was back to normal. You start thinking it's something else causing this. Even though I seen my doctor and had blood and urine tests done.
