I recently read that in a post on this forum. I was thinking about that today at work and it really resonated with me. If this addiction is in our minds. Then essentially every time we do not give into our urges. The pathways in our brain that tell us to fap. Will lessen and lessen. Eventually being replaced by other, more constructive, behaviors.

These past few days I have really beat some cravings/urges that would have usually made me relapse. Rejection, anxiety, and just a general desire to dissafuckingpear for a few moments. I wanted too post on here too encourage others. Do not give into your urges. They will pass. Remember why you are doing NoFap. The short term gain, is not worth the long term suffering.
