I'm uncircumcised. Prior to my 90 days of abstaining I had been experiencing painful ejaculation. I would feel it at the end of the emission and it would linger for about a minute afterwards. I'd tense my legs and press my feet together to quell the discomfort.

I notice that I tend to get an urge to urinate in arousal during PMO. I also often have a frequent urge to urinate in general as well. I don't feel the pain during urination, only when ejaculating.

I have suffered from some prone TMS and have used toys similar to fleshlights.

About a month into my 90 days I went to see my doctor to express my concern. After he inspected me, we found I had a case of balanitis, a fungal infection. He treated me and it appeared to clear up after a couple weeks.

Now post 90 days I have PMO four times, and I am still feeling this pain. I have no partner.

I am looking into various possibilities...

    prostatitis: - makes sense
antidepressants: - a possibility since I take venlafaxine and others for anxiety etc
diabetes: - another possibility because of family history
weak pelvic floor: - I'm not easily able to tense and hold my muscles for more than 2 seconds
climacturia: - this one is interesting because of my tendency to have the urge to urinate during arousal

The first PMO post 90 days my ejaculate spurted like a fountain and as such I assumed it was normal. However by the third PMO I began wondering if the last few expulsions are more urine than semen. It's almost as if the majority of the semen comes out first and then the last few emissions are urine mixed with semen answering the urination urge in the prior stages of the arousal in the PMO if that makes sense.

I have looked up information about arousal incontinence (climacturia) and it seems that it only manifests in those who have had prostate removal surgery which I have not undergone so I cannot be sure if that is what I am experiencing.

Nevertheless whether it is prostatitis or any combination of other factors I accept these unknowns for now.

I will begin seeing a urologist at the end of this month, and I am concerned about having to wait long periods of time between visits with any specialists in this area.

I spoke to my psyche doctor about my concerns and she suggested I wait until I have this first assessment before making any more appointments.

I am certainly going to want more than one professional opinion and I am also wary of those professional opinions too. I've heard horror stories about antibiotics making sufferers' symptoms and afflictions even worse.

I am initially concerned with the fact that the urologist I am scheduled with is only seeing me to follow up on the balanitis. If I were to call and express all my newly formed concerns, they might postpone the appointment to make room for additional tests and such but I do not know how it works.

Do any of you have any thoughts, ideas or suggestions on this matter?
