Hey guys, i try to stay away from fapping but i actually do Not know why. Ofcourse i know the benefits but to you dear forum- how do you deal with that case when i wont use any material but fantasies about her. Fapped quite often recently (no guilty because i was thinking of her). I am not addicted to p anymore but i just got this i Would say natural drive. How do you calm down? How do i mitigate this energy and make better use of it?
Maybe s was just too good recently and i rethink of it almost constantly. This sounds like a freaking drug.
You really need to get yourself some accountability, my friend! Whether that comes in the form of an accountability partner, a CSAT, a sponsor (this would be best), or whatever, but you, as all us addicts do, need someone to hold us accountable and ask us how we're doing!
