Constant failure from a veteran of nofap

My story is a bit of an oddity. Many months ago I had a two month streak and felt free from the desire to PMO. But in efforts to send "photos" to my GF at the time, I relapsed and I fell back into a spiral. We since split up after a year at the beginning of the summer. I have no reason to PMO but it always comes back. I've succeeded before so I know I can do it. I take a cold shower every day, exercise every day, so the only two other thing i was doing when i did so well was meditate every day and post on the forum and check off daily goals at the end of the day. I will start that again.
What do you guys do?
