I ve been going to mass every day for 14 days and regulary receive holy Eucharist. I confess also regulary and has helped me a lot to fight.

Confession is always an opportunity for new begining. And it's easier for me to fight this addiction when i go to mass and pray regulary, especially rosary.

Exactly, monke. Praying the Rosary is so powerful, and regular confession and taking of the Eucharist -- well, the graces of Jesus Christ communicated through those sacraments are boundless, well able to help you be victorious over PM addiction.

God gave Our Lady the keys to His heart and will, and His mighty right arm is at her disposal. Also, the Holy Trinity has promised to deny her nothing, so if she comes to God on our behalf, He will not deny her request. Thus, the "Hail Mary" is the most powerful prayer, and if we continue to pray the Rosary, we cannot -- will not -- fail to conquer our addictions!

    Good for you.
Daily Mass is a powerful tool, the graces that come from the sacrament actually will do something in your life if you let them.
I go to daily mass, and although I struggle to pay attention most of the time, I know that i am being transformed, at least passively.

Keep going to mass, keep examining your conscience, keep going to confession. Get a spiritual director. Talk about PMO to a priest or a good practicing Catholic and stay strong. The Church has 2000 years of wisdom and 2000 years of people falling into addiction to help you figure shit out! However, temptation will never leave, sin is always a reality of being human.

The sacraments really are efficacious and will help lead you into relation with other people and ultimately with Our Lord.

Yes, that is excellent! Confession and the Holy Eucharist -- there is no better way!

As an aside, of course the Rosary is the most powerful weapon in our arsenal against sin, but I find it helps me to ask St. Joseph, one of the patron saints of chastity, for help. St. Benedict is also known for that.

In practical matters, having a large icon of the Blessed Virgin right over the computer can help, too.
