Completed the 90 day reboot what now?

Discussion in 'Abstinence, Retention, and Sexual Transmutation' started by Deleted Account, Mar 9, 2022.

  1. After a successful reboot what are the benefits of retention as I haven’t made it this far in the past? Does your body change? Thanks

I’ve read another person on here who was at over 600 days. He said after a long streak, you are just supposed to stay at that level. Don’t relapse, just remain where you are

The time you need to be "healed" depends from person to person..
Some people feel normal again after 90 days. Some of the most severe cases have people go for 2 years.

If u do sports, eat healthy and sleep very well you're chances of getting healed faster will increase

Also, just because you did 90 days of NoFap doesn't mean you can all of a sudden go back to looking at porn and jacking off for years again..

Keep the NoFap spirit. If u want a release find someone to have sex with, try to leave the jerking off behind.

Hi, I have been on PMO for all my life. How do I know what normal feels like?

    I don't know as i haven't gotten there myself.

But i'd say it's probably something along the lines of:
    - Getting random erections again throughout the day
    - Actually wanting sex with real women instead of wanting to jerk off to random girls online
    - Having the drive to experience life again
