I also started the nofap. No urges in 3 days. But there was a big bad thing with me was that i used to be on omegle looking for sexting everytime and ended up watching porn. This whole thing used to waste my 4-5 hours and break me into pieces both physically and mentally. I hope i never do that thing in my rest of life.
