    I relapsed again to PMO today after day 3 :(. I realized that a main thing that causes me to relapse is when its too hot after I sleep. If I don't turn on the AC, it becomes very hot, and then I tend to relapse. I will stop doing that. This summer I will end my porn and masturbation addiction. I promise. I will post here everyday from now on.
